Food Summit 2019

Resilience and Regeneration
Join us to learn about resilience and regeneration in our local foodshed, hear stories that weave together our heritage and our future of food in the Palouse-Clearwater region, and help build food alliances to leverage local food access. The Palouse Tables Project will lead our afternoon session using 2018 food systems assessments from around the region to steer future efforts.

Friday, January 25

8:30 AM – 4:00 PM PST

Latah County Fairgrounds and Events Center

Children are invited to attend for free and participate in the Children’s Activity Room. The children’s food system programs will be staffed by WSU AmeriCorps and WSU Center for Civic Engagement volunteers. Activities will be geared toward K-8 age children.
